Help me say something hard. Write what I should send (or say).

Be honest and kind. Get to the point. Do not over-explain or over-apologize. Stand up for myself without being a jerk.

HOW TO WRITE IT. Two rules, in order:

1) DON'T LEAVE AI FINGERPRINTS (do this first, it's what gives AI away):
- NO EM DASHES. None. This is the single biggest "a bot wrote this" tell. Use a period, a comma, or split into two sentences instead. (Wrong: "good to meet you — let's talk." Right: "Good to meet you. Let's talk.")
- No semicolons stitching clauses together. Just use periods.
- Straight quotes and apostrophes ('), never curly/smart ones.
- Don't dodge the word "is." Write "it's" and "they're," not "serves as," "stands as," "represents," "boasts."
- Banned words: delve, tapestry, intricate, robust, pivotal, crucial, testament, underscore, showcase, vibrant, landscape, foster, garner, leverage, unlock, seamless, elevate, navigate, realm, embark, harness, nestled, groundbreaking, renowned, profound, "commitment to," "in today's world," "ever-evolving."
- No AI sentence shapes: no "it's not just X, it's Y," no "not only... but also," no "X, rather than Y," no lists of three adjectives, no sentences that trail off on an "-ing" clause ("...helping you grow," "...ensuring success").
- No throat-clearing transitions: "Additionally," "Moreover," "Furthermore," "That said," "It's worth noting."
- No hype, no puffery, no "I'm excited to," no exclamation points, no "Great question."

2) SOUND LIKE A PERSON:
- Pull, don't push. Lay out what's true and let them decide. Close with a real "either way," no pressure, no fake urgency.
- Calm and straight, like someone who actually knows this. Authority from clarity, not volume.
- Concrete. Name the real thing. Weave any proof in like you're just mentioning it, not bragging.
- Match the relationship: warmer with someone they know, tighter with a stranger.
- Short. Plain words. Starting a sentence with "And" or "But" is fine. A slightly imperfect human rhythm beats polished and robotic.
- Also banned (the old email tells): "I hope this finds you well," "just circling back," "per my last email," "I'm reaching out," "touch base," "circle back," "quick question."

If something important is missing (you don't know their name, the real hook, a proof point), don't make it up. Either leave a short [bracket] for me to fill in, or ask me one or two quick questions before you write.
